Catena to complete new affiliate acquisition

Catena Media, the Stockholm-listed industry affiliate marketing network, has voiced its intention to purchase online betting comparison site, BETFREEBETS.UK.

Catena Media is aiming to follow up a positive 2017, by continuing a trend in the affiliate market as it places a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions.

The group recently expanded its German market presence, confirming the acquisition of Dreamworx Online Ltd for a total consideration of €9.5 million. As well as purchasing football analysis and news portal Squawka.

Now Catena is looking to continue its growth, in what the company’s CEO Henrik Persson Ekdahl described as “a strategic acquisition” with the purchase of BETFREEBETS.UK.

With it already boasting a strong UK presence, Ekdahl emphasised that the deal will allow Catena to “continue focusing on the UK Market”.

He also revealed that the assets of the site will be integrated into Catena’s burgeoning London office, revealing that Catena has the infrastructure to ensure that the acquisition is fulfilled to its maximum potential.

Ekdahl spoke positively regarding Catena Media’s progression and intentions, after the group declared financial results in 2017, when he stated: ““For us, it is an established fact by now that growing rapidly, while at the same time improving operational quality, requires constant focus, commitment and hard work.

From the outset, our company culture has been characterised by its fast pace, dedicated workforce and a drive to expand into new markets. The past quarter was no different. Alongside noticeable improvements in operations, we made a number of structural changes that we already see positive effects of. I am confident that we have never been better positioned as a company.

Affiliate Capital Joins Safe Affiliate Programs to Share Expertise and Experience

 

Affiliate Capital has joined the Safe Affiliate Programs alliance enabling its members to benefit from the experience of some of the most successful affiliate programs in the business and to share their own expertise to the benefit of their affiliates.

Affiliate Capital was launched last month when Jackpot Capital Casino, Grande Vegas Casino and Slotastic merged their affiliate programs into one. The group has developed new, enhanced software that provides affiliates with detailed reporting and dynamic tracking. Affiliates have just one logon and one commission payment for the three well-established brands.

Safe Affiliate Programs is an association of like-minded affiliate programs all committed to sharing expertise and providing support to each other and their affiliates. It includes Intertops Affiliates,  Legend Affiliates, Golden Euro Affiliates, Drake Affiliates, Juicy Stakes Affiliates, Slots Vendor and Springbok Affiliates.

These affiliate programs share a belief in honest and supportive business relationships. The benefits for all include easy recommendations between partners, trouble shooting for affiliates across programs and a collective flow of information in one combined newsletter.

“If you have an idea or an issue to discuss then one of our members can pitch it to one or all of the other programs for you” said Ellen at Safe Affiliate Programs.  “We’re all in this together!”

Income Access Unveils New Upgrades to Affiliate Platform

 

Income Access, Paysafe’s marketing technology and services provider, has announced the release of multiple key upgrades to its award-winning affiliate marketing platform. The enhancements are designed to improve the user experience of iGaming operators and affiliates by focusing on core functionality such as navigation, mobile responsiveness and report display.

The upgrades, which primarily concern the platform’s dashboard and reporting interface, have been released across all Income Access-powered affiliate programmes and reflect the Paysafe company’s ongoing efforts to gather and respond to constructive feedback from partners. With changes that address the need for a more streamlined and responsive design, Income Access can now equip operators and their affiliate marketing partners with an interface that supports an intuitive user experience and facilitates their assessment of actionable data.

Aimed at maintaining a competitive advantage across both traditional and emerging iGaming markets, these enhancements come in a year when Income Access has also announced major partnerships with brands such as High 5 Casino, Tipico U.S., and ZenSports. In addition, the company expanded its footprint in the global retail foreign exchange (forex) trading space through a partnership with leading online broker FXCM Group.

In response to the needs of these clients, operators and affiliates logging into the platform will be met with a dashboard interface that is compatible with display sizes across smartphones and tablets, while corresponding page elements reshape themselves dynamically. The upgrades, which simplify dashboard navigation and the retrieval of top-level campaign results, statistical insights, messages and best performing creatives, also complement recent changes to the platform’s key system reports.

Improved capabilities allow users to filter reports with greater efficiency, while making them more user-friendly and compatible across all mobile devices.

Income Access, which recently won its second consecutive EGR B2B Award for Affiliate Software Supplier, has introduced several other platform upgrades over the last 12 months, including single sign-on (SSO) functionality and a server-to-server (S2S) event relay system.
