With DFS continuing to be such a huge topic in igaming, we take a closer look at one of the most anticipated sessions from the AAC conference schedule. The “Daily Fantasy Sports affiliation: An unexploited opportunity” session takes place on Wednesday 8th June at 12:00 in conference room 1.
With the arrival of Draftkings and Fanduel into Europe to compete with the likes of Mondogoal, Oulala and Sportego, Daily Fantasy Sports has well and truly landed on the continent. While there are still question marks over whether DFS can be succesful in countries with legalised sports betting, one things is for sure is that it can no longer be ignored.
This panel session will discuss whether DFS really is the ”next big thing” for affiliates as well as discussing where the industry is heading in light of uncertainty in the US and direct competition from sports betting in the international market.
We are very pleased to announce that we will have Paul Archer, International Affiliate Manager at DraftKings speaking on this panel. Paul will provide a unique insight into Daily Fantasy Sports giant DraftKings experiences in the US since its launch in 2012 and its plans for European domination during Euro 2016 and over the next 12 months.
Paul will be joined by Valery Bollier; Valery is the co-founder and CEO of OulalaGames, a revolutionary fantasy football game which was launched three years ago. He has over eleven years of experience in the iGaming industry and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and seminars.
After OulalaGames well timed partnership with Leicester City FC at the beginning of the 2015/16 Premier League season, we think it is only fair to ask Valery to check his crystal ball again and let us know how DFS will evolve in the next year and how best affiliates can take advantage.
