Casino Guru Academy Launches Free Course About Casino Bonuses
Casino Guru, one of the most visited websites about online casinos and an online gambling authority, has recently introduced the second module of the company’s ambitious project Casino Guru Academy. The second course aims to provide online casino staff with advanced insights into bonuses and ways to handle them fairly.
The ‘Advanced Insights: Online Casino Bonuses’ course will enable online casino employees to gain a deep understanding of casino bonuses, including their rules and best practices, in order to help reduce player dissatisfaction and improve customer experience.
Every month, hundreds of players from all over the world seek help at Casino Guru by submitting complaints against unfair casinos that have exploited them in the past. Because of their complex nature, the Casino Guru complaint team has noticed that bonuses are oftentimes at the forefront of players’ complaints. The casino guide is keen to give those working within the industry, or planning to, a detailed tutorial on bonuses and to show how they can work in an effective and fair way. The more educated casino customer support staff is on bonuses, the more likely it is for players to have a positive gambling experience.
Being the second module offered by Casino Guru Academy, this course is a combination of videos and written learning materials, made to be self-explanatory and easy for participants to understand. The first part of the course offers detailed insights on the different types of bonuses and why casinos offer them to players.
Part two provides in-depth definitions of individual terms and conditions of bonuses, which are one of the common reasons why players reach out to customer support. The course also features a list of recommendations on terms and conditions related to bonuses. Real-life examples of certain player complaints related to bonuses are provided, showing detailed examples of how various casinos mistreat and take advantage of players. Moreover, course participants can see how the complaints were resolved by Casino Guru.
Speaking on the reasons for providing the course to casino employees, Casino Guru’s Social Media and Community lead Daniel Dolejsi said: “We think education is extremely important in this industry. Dolejsi concluded: “We also feel that some of the current industry standards don’t do enough in terms of protecting players and creating a sustainable and fair gambling environment. L&G esports team founded by Alona Shevtsova won the national Dragon EC Cup tournament
Ukrainian esports team L&G won the Dragon EC Cup tournament, held on the 20th of April by Dragon Esports Club. Four teams competed in the tournament’s final: Lazer Cats, L&G, which received a direct invitation to the final stage, EsportsBattle, and ThunderFlash, which had open qualifiers. During the Grand Final, the L&G team competed with Lazer Cats on Mirage, Anubis, and Vertigo maps.
“This victory is a testament to the exceptional talent and commitment of our players, as well as the collective effort of our coaching staff and support personnel,” said Alona Shevtsova, founder of L&G Esports. “We are immensely proud of their accomplishments and grateful for the unwavering support of our fans.”
L&G is among the top 5 Ukrainian teams in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It was founded in 2021. The previous name was Leogaming, and it was created on the initiative of the famous Alona Shevtsova from the fintech sector.
The team began competing in top tournaments and almost immediately made it to the Advanced division of the ESEA League Europe competition. The team also participated in and took prizes in European tournaments such as the SCL League, WhiteBit Crypto Open, Phoenix League, and local competitions. The winners received a 50,000 UAH prize. Dragon Esports Club also prepared a 15-skin giveaway for the broadcast’s viewers.
