SkillOnNet’s EGO Recruits Bright, Young Affiliate Managers

EGO (EGamingOnline), the sales arm of SkillOnNet’s proprietary brands, has announced two new additions to its dedicated team of experienced affiliate managers.
Dani Cucinotta and Teresa Braga join EGO as Affiliate account managers and they bring a dynamic range of skillsets to the team, including multiple languages, reflecting EGO’s global outlook. The company provides 24/7 support in a huge variety of languages to affiliates of SkillOnNet’s well-known licensed brands, which include PlayOJO, BacanaPlay, DrückGlück, PlayUZU, LuckyNiki, Turbonino, Ahtigames, Slotsmagic and the Masked Singer.
Dani moved to Malta from his native Switzerland at age 19 to join the online gaming industry and has worked in the affiliate space for the past three years. He says his Swiss upbringing and Italian parentage makes him “blessed to be trilingual.”
“Languages mean a lot to me, and I think the more languages you know the better!” says Dani. “I love to travel around the world, even if it’s only for a short weekend trip. That said, I’m very excited to start my new journey as an Affiliate account manager at EGO, which gives me the opportunity to work from wherever I want! I look forward to meeting new and existing partners in the upcoming conferences.”
Meanwhile, Teresa has a master’s degree in business management and a professional background in project management and business analysis. As well as her native tongue, Portuguese, she is fluent in Spanish and English.
“I am looking forward to starting a new chapter in my career in the affiliate industry and working with the rest of the EGO team, while learning all about the iGaming industry,” says Teresa.
“I finished my degree in management, and I went through a large number of subjects during those three years, theoretical and practical, so I believe that can help me overcome barriers in this new job. But I do believe that my life experience and all the travels that I have done and that I will keep doing will help me even more to deal with my affiliates and to keep a good relationship with them.”
Michael Golembo at EGO said: “ We pride in ourselves providing our affiliate partners with the best support in the industry, and that means we need top talent on board. Dani and Teresa are both incredibly impressive additions who will bring so much to the team. We’re very excited to have them on board.”

Slot Machine Secrets: Can You Influence the Outcome?

Slot machines are one of the most popular casino attractions, drawing players in with their bright lights, engaging sounds, and the promise of big wins. However, many gamblers wonder if there is a way to influence the outcome or if it is purely based on chance. Let’s explore how slot machines actually work and whether any strategies can improve your chances of winning.
How Do Slot Machines Work?
At the core of every slot machine is a Random Number Generator (RNG). This program continuously generates millions of numbers per second, even when no one is playing. The moment you hit the “Spin” button, the RNG selects a number, which then determines the outcome displayed on the screen.
This means that every spin is completely independent and random. It does not matter whether the previous spins were wins or losses—each spin has an equal chance of landing a jackpot or nothing at all.
Popular Myths About Slot Machines
Despite the randomness of slot machines, many players still believe in myths that claim to boost their chances of winning. Let’s debunk some of the most common ones:
- Myth 1: “Hot” and “Cold” Machines
Some players believe that machines that haven’t paid out in a while are “due” for a big win. In reality, each spin is completely random, and no machine builds up or “stores” luck over time. - Myth 2: Playing at Certain Times Increases Wins
Many gamblers think that slots are more likely to pay out at specific times of the day or night. However, the payout system operates independently of the time, ensuring fairness at all times. - Myth 3: Special Button Combinations Can Trigger Wins
Some players believe that pressing buttons in a particular sequence can trick the machine into paying out. Unfortunately, this is not true—slot machines operate purely based on their RNG, and no physical interaction can alter the outcome.
Can You Increase Your Chances of Winning?
While you cannot directly control the outcome of slot machines, you can play smarter and maximize your experience by following these tips:
- Choose Slots with a High RTP (Return to Player) Percentage
Each slot machine has an RTP percentage, which indicates how much of the wagered money is returned to players over time. Look for machines with an RTP above 95% to improve your long-term chances. - Take Advantage of Bonuses and Free Spins
Online casinos often offer free spins and deposit bonuses that can extend your gameplay without increasing your risk. Always check promotions before you play. - Set a Budget and Stick to It
Responsible gambling is key. Always decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing, and never chase losses by making bigger bets. - Review the Paytable
Each slot machine has different payout rules and special features. Understanding which symbols trigger bonus rounds or jackpots can help you make better betting decisions.
Conclusion
The biggest secret behind slot machines is their random nature, which makes it impossible to predict or manipulate the outcome. However, by choosing the right games, utilizing casino bonuses, and playing responsibly, you can enhance your gaming experience and increase your enjoyment.
If you’re feeling lucky and ready to spin the reels, visit casino sites that offer fair and exciting slot games. Remember to play responsibly and have fun!
