Casino Guru Academy Launches Free Course About Casino Bonuses

The second course aims to provide online casino staff with advanced insights into bonuses and ways to handle them fairly.
The ‘Advanced Insights: Online Casino Bonuses’ course will enable online casino employees to gain a deep understanding of casino bonuses, including their rules and best practices, in order to help reduce player dissatisfaction and improve customer experience.
Every month, hundreds of players from all over the world seek help at Casino Guru by submitting complaints against unfair casinos that have exploited them in the past.
